What will you be doing?
- ensuring and providing customer support for e-shops operating in the Lithuanian and Polish market,
- communication with customers through various channels, by phone, via e-mail and online chat, but also via social networks. Our clients are e-shops from various fields such as fashion, cosmetics, household, furniture, office supplies, gastro, electronics and so forth,
- working on the processing of orders and related communication,
- it also involves cooperation with the sales department of our partners.
What do we expect?
- a motivated and responsible colleague who has no problem working independently but also in a team,
- spoken and written Lithuanian at an advanced level,
- we occasionally provide translations for the e-shops, so solid grammar and command of the language of the market you manage are essential,
- knowledge of working with a computer.
We do not require, but it will be an advantage if you:
- have previous experience in the field of customer care/support,
- speak in English, so that you can communicate with our foreign colleagues or clients.
