Allegro has two types of charges - product exposure fees and advertising charges.
Showing fees (Product)
These fees depend primarily on the type of product displayed - some categories are charged, others are free of charge. Sales commissions
One of the business terms of Allegro.pl is sales commissions that Allegro charges at a certain amount of sales. The commission for each sale is counted at the time of the buyer's decision or use of the Buy Now option. An important note
For all companies selling Allegro (including foreign ones), it applies the Polish legislation. But do not worry. The basic rules do not differ at all from EU legislation.
The customer has right to:
* 14 days for returning the goods without giving any reason
* 12 months for returning the goods unless the seller has informed about the possibilities of return
* 2 years to exchange the goods
* if the buyer makes a claim to exchange within 12 months after the purchase, it is means that the goods were defective already upon purchase.
